The Construction
The Genius Weft construction begins with a specialized ultra-thin polyurethane base, approximately 2mm wide. Skilled artisans hand-tie individual hair strands onto this base using a proprietary knotting technique that ensures each strand is securely anchored while maintaining the thinnest possible profile.
Unlike traditional wefts that fold fabric over a return hair, the Genius Weft uses a single-layer construction. This means there is no bulky fold at the seam — just a thin, flat track that disappears when installed. The hair flows naturally from the weft in one direction, maintaining cuticle alignment from root to tip.

Beaded Row Method
The most popular installation method for Genius Wefts. A horizontal row of silicone-lined micro beads is threaded onto a thin string and secured along a natural parting in the hair. The Genius Weft is then sewn onto this beaded foundation using a curved needle and professional-grade thread.

Care Guide
Proper care extends the lifespan of your Genius Wefts significantly. Follow these professional recommendations to maintain the quality, shine, and integrity of your extensions.
Washing
Wash extensions 2-3 times per week using a sulfate-free, professional-grade shampoo. Always wash in a downward motion from weft to ends — never scrub or bunch the hair. Use lukewarm water, never hot. Apply a lightweight conditioner from mid-length to ends, avoiding the weft seam.
Drying
Gently squeeze excess water with a microfiber towel — never wring or twist. Allow extensions to air dry when possible. If using a blow dryer, use a low-heat setting and always apply a heat protectant spray first. Ensure the weft seam area is thoroughly dry to prevent any moisture-related issues.
Styling
Genius Wefts can be flat ironed, curled, and styled just like natural hair. Always use a heat protectant and keep heat tools below 180°C (356°F). Avoid applying heat directly to the weft seam. Use a wide-tooth comb or loop brush designed for extensions to detangle, starting from the ends and working upward.
Sleeping
Braid extensions into a loose plait before sleeping to prevent tangling. Use a silk or satin pillowcase to reduce friction. Never go to bed with wet extensions. Consider a silk bonnet for additional protection during sleep.
